Nature of Consultancy Services
We provide professional guidance, documentation assistance and consultancy services to individuals and businesses seeking to obtain, update, modify or manage an Import Export Code (IEC), along with related import-export compliance services. Our role is limited to assisting you in preparing, reviewing and submitting the information required for such services — we do not perform any Government function ourselves.
As an independent service provider, IEC Registration Council operates on a fee-for-service basis. Engaging our services is entirely voluntary, and you remain free to apply for an IEC directly through the official Government portal, without our assistance, at the applicable Government fee.
This website is operated as a private consultancy service. It is not owned, managed, or operated by the Government of India or any of its departments.

We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or associated with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Government of India, or any other State or Central Government department or authority.

Application Forms
Any application form, intake form or data-collection form available on this website is created and maintained by us solely for the purpose of collecting the information required to provide our consultancy services. These forms are not official Government application forms, are not hosted by, and are not submitted directly to, any Government department, and completing them does not by itself constitute filing an application with the Government.
Application Processing
Once you provide us with the required information and documents, we prepare and, where applicable, assist in submitting your application through the appropriate official channel on your behalf, as part of our consultancy service. Processing timelines communicated to you are indicative only and are ultimately governed by the concerned Government authority's own procedures.
Professional Fees
The fees charged by us are solely for the professional consultancy, documentation, application preparation, verification assistance, customer support and administrative services that we provide.
Our fees are not, and should never be understood as, a Government fee, statutory charge, tax, duty, penalty or any other payment due to a Government authority. Our professional fees are non-refundable once the corresponding service has been rendered, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Payment Disclaimer
Payments made through this website are collected solely towards consultancy, documentation, verification, application preparation and customer support services rendered by us. Payment through this website does not, under any circumstances, constitute payment to any Government department, and no Government authority receives any part of our professional fee.
Where Government fees, statutory charges or other official payments are applicable to your application, these remain separate from our professional fees unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of quotation or invoicing.

Submission of an application through our consultancy service does not, and cannot, guarantee:

- Licence
- Certificate
- Government acceptance
- Any statutory benefit
Final approval of any application depends entirely upon document verification, eligibility criteria, applicable laws, prevailing Government procedure, and the sole discretion of the concerned Government authority.
We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome, timeline or result of any application processed with our assistance.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that you are responsible for:

- Providing genuine and valid supporting documents
- Reviewing all submitted information carefully before final submission
- Responding promptly to any verification request raised by us or by the Government authority
