Our Services depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, and on procedures set by the relevant government department, which may change without notice. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, outcomes determined by that department.
Applicant Responsibilities
To help us assist you effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at every stage of your request.
- Submit genuine documents and maintain their authenticity throughout the process.
- Respond promptly to any request for additional information or clarification.
- Satisfy yourself as to your eligibility for the Service you are requesting.

Payments
- Consultancy charges. Our fee covers the professional guidance and support described in Service Scope, and is payable in full at the time of placing your request unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment methods. Payments may be made through the methods displayed at checkout, processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
- Government fees. Where applicable, statutory or government fees are separate from our consultancy charges and are payable directly or through the official government portal, unless we expressly state otherwise.
- Payment confirmation. You will receive confirmation by email and/or SMS once a payment is successfully processed.
- Order cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay processing of any order at our discretion, including where information provided appears incomplete or inaccurate.
- Fraud prevention. We may verify the source of payment and decline or reverse transactions we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

Refund Policy
Fees paid for our Services are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, reflecting the professional time and resources committed to your request. The specific cases are set out below.
- The Service cannot be delivered due to a failure on our part.
- Your request is cancelled before processing has begun.
- A duplicate or accidental payment is confirmed.
- Processing has already begun or your application has been submitted.

How refunds are processed

Processing Time
Any timeline we share with you is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, as it depends on factors outside our control, including:
Government processing and internal review timelines, which vary by department and case load.
Document verification and any additional clarification requested from you or by the authority.
External factors such as bank verification delays, portal downtime or technical issues.
We are not responsible for delays arising from government processing, portal maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
