• Import-Export Documentation Support — help organizing and preparing supporting documentation.
• Import-Export Consultancy & Application Guidance — general procedural guidance on compliance requirements.
• Document Verification Assistance & Status Tracking Support — review of submitted documents and updates on application status.

• Government fees. Where applicable, statutory or government fees are separate from our consultancy charges and are payable directly or through the official government portal, unless we expressly state otherwise.
• Payment confirmation. You will receive confirmation by email and/or SMS once a payment is successfully processed.
• Order cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay processing of any order at our discretion, including where information provided appears incomplete or inaccurate.
